Edit an access type of an online account from the ODS profile.

An ODS user profile can contain an arbitrary number of online accounts from any service available. This function change an access type of an account to 'public' or 'private'.

    The name of the online account service provider (Examples: facebook, disqus)

    The service account identifier or username.

    The online account access type: 1 (public) or 0 (private)..

    An error code as defined in ODS Error Result Codes. On error an appropriate HTTP status code is set.
